How Can upper Abdominal Pain Along With Excessive Sweating Be Treated?

I was awakened early this morning with sever pain in my upper abdomen with profuse sweating and then I felt as if I needed to go to the bathroom but the pain would not go away and then clammy and a feeling of vomiting. then after what seemed forever it slowly went away. after waking up later this morning I have had many bouts with diarria and just a little bit of a pain in that same place

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned as you have vomiting and diarrhea associated with it so it is due to an infection so follow:-
1)Take PANCEF-O LB 200 mg twice a day for 7 days
2)Take Flagyl-500 mg twice a day for 7 days
3)Take [OMIDOM] twice a day
4)Do Ultrasound whole abdomen to ruled out most important pathological disorders
5)Do a physical examination whole abdomen by your local surgical specialist includes-a)Vital signs b)Inspection c)auscultation d)Percussion e)Palpation etc of the abdomen in detail.
